Return request window
You can submit a return request within 7 days after delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility conditions
- Item must be unused and returned in original condition.
- Clear reason and supporting details are required.
- Photos are recommended for damaged or non-compliant items.
How to request a return
- Open your customer area and create a support ticket.
- Provide order number, product, and return reason.
- Wait for support validation and shipping instructions.
Refunds and exchanges
Once the return is approved and received, refund or exchange is processed according to the chosen resolution. Refunds are sent through the original payment method when available.
Non-eligible cases
Personalized items, items damaged after delivery, or requests submitted outside the return window may be rejected.
